Warmth where you need it most

Yamatomichi's Alpha Vest uses Alpha™ Direct Fleece on the front for warmth and breathability at your core, while the back is made of light and airy Shadow Rip™ fabric for better airflow where you pack traps heat. This pair works together for exceptional breathability that helps maintain a comfortable body temperature during high output activites. When you're on the move, your shoulders and back tend to heat up. While sleeping, that same area is pressed against a pad, rendering any insulation ineffective; this is why Yamatomichi added insulation to the front of this top, where it matters most. The Alpha Vest will fit seamlessly as a mid-layer in your layering system, keeping you comfortable while cutting down on weight.

Features:

  • Keeps your core warm while allowing excess heat and moisture to escape
  • Highly breathable
  • Traps air for added warmth when paired with a shell or sleeping bag
  • Quick drying with low moisture retention for sweat or rain
  • Continues to provide warmth even when wet
  • Packs down to about the size of a soda can
  • Polygiene treatment for semi-permanent antibacterial and odor control
