Base Weighted is reader-supported. Some of the links on this site are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission when you buy something through them — at no extra cost to you.
What that means
- When you click a “Buy” or “Check price” link and make a purchase, the retailer may pay us a small referral commission.
- You never pay more because of it. The price is the same as going to the retailer directly.
- Commissions help us keep the directory maintained and the tools free to use.
Our independence
Affiliate relationships do not influence which products we include, the weights and prices we show, or how our rankings and “best of” lists are ordered. Those are based on real specifications and review data. If that ever changes, we'll say so here.
We join affiliate programs run by individual brands and by affiliate networks. Every link to a store in a program carries a referral code, and product pages say so next to the buy buttons. This disclosure is provided in line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's guidance on endorsements.
