When ordered along with a pack, it will replace the 1" webbing strap which would have been included. If you want both straps, just give us a heads up in the special instructions at checkout!

If you are choosing between two sizes, opt for the smaller size. 
I normally wear a large, but can also wear a small. 
Somebody who normally wears a small could not wear a large and make it work. 
The listed sizes are what they can cinch down to, but they can still be adjusted wider.
We just have more than one size in order to maximize the soft and comfy part of the strap!

the size measurement is for the “comfy" portion, denoting the size the webbing can cinch down to.
