Trail Winder UQP
Description
The Trail Winder Underquilt Protector adds a lightweight protective layer beneath your hammock and underquilt. It helps block wind, wind-driven rain, and trail debris while also reducing convective heat loss in colder or breezy conditions.
Adjustable suspension at each end and shock-corded side sections allow the protector to be positioned around your underquilt or hammock without interfering with the underquilt suspension. Choose from several lengths depending on whether your priority is minimizing weight or increasing coverage.

Choosing Your Length
An 8’ protector provides primarily underquilt coverage while minimizing weight. 9’ is the most common length UQP offering a good balance of weight and coverage. Longer lengths provide progressively more coverage for the underside of the hammock.
For the UQP attachment hardware to properly fit to your hammock, it is recommended that the protector should be shorter than your hammock. For example, with an 11’ hammock, 10’ would normally be the longest recommended size.
