DRAGONtail Tenkara TalonMINI 310 Pocket Mini Tenkara Rod

An ultralight fly fishing set up!

The TalonMINI 310 Pocket Tenkara Rod is a fly fishing rod so compact that you'll never want to leave it behind. Its small size makes it easy to bring on any adventure, while its thoughtful design delivers performance beyond what you'd expect from such a little fishing rod. Made with a special blend of fiberglass and carbon fiber, the TalonMINI offers a smooth, flexible casting action without sacrificing strength or durability. The fiberglass creates a soft tip that loads easily with shorter lines and unweighted flies, making short, precise casts in tight spaces a breeze.

Despite its compact size, this rod telescopes out to a full 10 feet, making it versatile enough for a wide range of fishing situations. Its flexible action keeps fishing fun, while its added stiffness provides the control and performance you need when conditions get demanding. With the TalonMINI, you get the convenience of a pocket-sized rod without the usual compromises in performance.

Features:

• Short collapsed length that easily stashes away to take everywhere, just in case you have a chance to fish
• 10-foot extended length that works for fishing in most situations, from creeks, ponds, small rivers, and mountain lakes
• Medium-soft action with a hint of fiberglass so it casts like a dream
• Non-reflective matte black finish keeps the rod stealthy on small creeks
• Durable blend of materials that stands up to big fish with no worries of breakage as the rod flexes
• Lightweight and durable even without the hard case included
• Comfortable cork grip handle so you can fish all day with no hand fatigue
• Fun to use with just the right action to make catching small trout fun while durable enough for decent-sized fish
